Director of Rehab Therapy Services

Direct daily operations of inpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while designing and implementing frameworks to integrate patient care across all therapy departments. Establish policies and procedures for IP therapy services, ensuring care designs match patient scope and level. Recruit, select, and direct Clinical Managers, providing mentorship to facilitate service growth and development. Develop programs to promote staff recruitment, retention, and continuing education in conjunction with Clinical Managers, HR, and the Director of Education. Requires current state licensure as a Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist with three to five years of therapy experience.
