Director of Rehab - Skilling Nursing Community

Supervise Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy staff to evaluate and treat patients of all ages under physician prescription. Maintain a sufficient staff for quality care, provide orientation and professional development opportunities, and conduct annual performance evaluations. Coordinate rehabilitation services with other disciplines, prepare quarterly quality assurance reports, and manage departmental budget records. Act as a liaison between therapy disciplines, administration, medical staff, and the community while conducting regular staff meetings for communication and problem-solving. Provide direct patient care as needed, promote referrals through marketing activities, and ensure compliance with safety protocols, resident rights, and confidentiality policies.
