Director of Rehab - Skilling Nursing Community

Supervise Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy staff who evaluate and treat patients of all ages under physician prescription. Maintain a sufficient staff for quality care, provide orientation and professional development, and conduct annual performance evaluations. Coordinate rehabilitation services with other disciplines, prepare quarterly Quality Assurance Reports, and manage departmental budget and financial status. Act as a liaison between therapy teams, administration, medical staff, and the community while conducting regular staff meetings for communication and problem solving. Provide direct patient care as needed, promote referrals through marketing activities, and ensure a safe environment through in-service education on infection control and safety protocols. Comply with all resident rights, abuse prevention, and confidentiality policies.
