Director of Rehab Services

Oversee rehabilitation operations, clinical excellence, and strategic growth for Baptist Health Princeton Hospital's department. Monitor all evaluation and treatment to ensure quality, cost-effective delivery within inpatient or outpatient settings. Develop and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and standards that integrate with other services for a continuum of care. Assure regulatory and accrediting compliance while executing business plans to address organizational strategic goals. Manage personnel functions including hiring, work assignments, coaching, and disciplinary actions alongside financial and regulatory accountability. Create operational strategies to achieve cost-effective care through realistic budgets and capital budget requests. Maintain regular attendance consistent with Baptist Health policies, ADA, FMLA, and federal, state, and local standards.
