Job Summary
The treating rehab director/clinic manager oversees the rehabilitation department/clinic; administers company and facility-specific policies; manages and develops therapy services programs; staffs and evaluates personnel; ensures quality reporting and audits; coordinates with physicians, patients, families and contract site staff; develops treatment protocols using evidence-based guidelines; drives market opportunities and program development; and leads scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and performance initiatives to optimize department/clinic productivity (70-75% in leadership roles). The role requires directing a team of therapists (PT, OT, OTA) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Willmar, MN, with full-time responsibilities and a competitive benefits package. Core duties include staff orientation, supervision, budgeting, documentation audits, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services; a Doctorate/Master’s degree in PT/OT (DPT or equivalent) and substantial leadership experience are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Masters (M.A., M.S.) in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
- Associates (A.A., A.S) in Occupational Therapy
- Five years of discipline-specific therapy experience, including director/manager experience
