Director of Rehab PTA Mineola TX

Manage and direct rehabilitation services within the Skilled Nursing Facility, overseeing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy operations. Ensure service and operational excellence by coordinating daily activities, attending morning meetings, UR meetings, Triple Check, QAPI, PDPM, and Resident at Risk sessions. Exercise management responsibility to deliver cost-effective, quality services that meet patient, physician, clinical partner, and staff needs. This role supports the Regional Director of Rehabilitation Services in driving efficient rehabilitation programs.
