Job Summary
Manage rehabilitation services in assigned sites by providing direct patient care, overseeing clinical standards, and ensuring ethical compliance. Operationally lead personnel and consultants while reviewing monthly outcomes to support staff in improving treatment strategies. Handle daily staffing, administer financial controls, and prepare facility reports for administration. Support clinical orientation, mentor staff, and collaborate with the Clinical Operations Area Director to secure new contracts and meet budget goals.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy (for degrees earned outside of the U.S.)
- three years direct patient care experience
- one year of management experience
- thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing
