Director of Rehab - Physical Therapy

Job Summary
Oversee overall operations and success of nursing, therapies, wellness, and business services by developing and maintaining rehabilitation programs to meet community needs. Administratively manage fiscal and personnel resources, performance improvement, information management, strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician/customer relations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation. Requires a Master's degree in Medical Rehabilitation, five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience, and state Physical Therapy Board licensure. Full-time day shifts from 8:00am to 5:00pm at Pampa Regional Medical Center in Pampa, TX, with BLS certification required upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience
- Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state
- BLS for healthcare providers certification upon hire and maintain current
Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred
