Director of Rehab Physical Therapy Assistant Blue Springs MO

Manage and direct rehabilitation services within the Skilled Nursing Facility, overseeing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy operations. Ensure service and operational excellence by coordinating activities for cost-effective, quality patient care while attending mandatory meetings including Morning meetings, UR, Triple Check, QAPI, PDPM, and Resident at Risk. Exercise management responsibility over staff and clinical partners to meet patient and physician needs. This role supports the Regional Director of Rehabilitation Services in delivering efficient services across the facility.
