Director of Rehab - Pearl of St. Charles

Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services in SNF locations. Manages a team of therapists and assistants, ensures adherence to evidence-based care and regulatory standards, oversees clinical management of the rehab department including case management, quality improvement, and care planning. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, development, and support of staff and contract labor; provides reports and implements programs to optimize patient outcomes and customer service for location teams and clients/families.
