Director of Rehab - LaBella of Aurora

Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor, while effectively communicating with the management team and other Directors. Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered adheres to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance. Oversee the clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes. Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor. Provide excellent customer service to clients and families, develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population, and deliver reports. This role supports Enhance Rehabilitation's goal of providing patient-specific treatments to enhance positive outcomes in SNF settings.
