Job Summary
Direct the Rehabilitation department and oversee therapists to deliver high-quality patient care. Collaborate with colleagues across a dynamic healthcare environment, lead onboarding and professional development programs, and drive staff growth. Requires licensed/certified credentials as required by state and federal law where the center is located, a bachelor’s degree in PT, OT, or ST (preferred), at least 3+ years of therapist experience, and proven management experience.
