Job Summary
Director of Rehab at the St. Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation leads the rehabilitation team and oversees development, implementation, and evaluation of rehab programs to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, recruiting, training and supervising rehab staff, managing budgets and resources, monitoring metrics for quality improvement, staying current with best practices in rehabilitation, and participating in quality improvement initiatives and committees. Requires OT, PT, PTA, or PT license and experience in rehabilitation leadership; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks; commitment to improving patient outcomes and quality care. Competitive sign-on bonus offered. Location: Saint Johnsbury, VT.
Required Qualifications
- OT, PT, PTA or PT license Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or a related field
