Manage and direct rehabilitation services within the skilled nursing facility, overseeing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy operations. Ensure service and operational excellence by coordinating daily activities, attending morning meetings, UR reviews, Triple Check, QAPI, PDPM, and Resident at Risk sessions, and delivering cost-effective, quality care to patients, physicians, and staff. Report to the Regional Director of Rehabilitation Services to exercise management responsibility across clinical and operational areas.
