Job Summary
Direct the Rehab Department’s day-to-day activities, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and quality improvement is ongoing. Lead rehabilitation staff in evaluation and treatment across PT/OT/ST, develop staff through performance evaluations and clinical education programs, orient new employees, assist in operating and capital budgeting, maintain high standards of quality, recruit and retain high-quality personnel, ensure staff can access necessary resources, participate in department marketing efforts, and uphold infection control and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Credentialed graduate of an accredited physical, occupational or speech therapy program with an associate or master’s degree, and licensed in the state where practicing.
- Three years minimum clinical experience as a practicing therapist with previous management/supervisory experience required.
