Manage and direct rehabilitation services within the Skilled Nursing Facility, overseeing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy operations. Exercise management responsibility for daily activities to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and quality service delivery to patients, physicians, and staff. Assume ultimate responsibility for service operations and coordinate operational programs including morning meetings, UR reviews, Triple Check, QAPI, PDPM, and Resident at Risk sessions. Ensure service excellence and positive outcomes across all assigned therapy activities.
