Director of Regulatory

Director of Regulatory leads Zebra's global regulatory strategy, owning the compliance lifecycle for hardware and software products, and serves as the company spokesperson on regulatory matters. The role involves developing and executing forward-looking global regulatory strategies, building and guiding a large, global regulatory team, modernizing processes with data-driven tools (including AI/automation), managing a multi-million-dollar budget, and coordinating with global regulatory agencies, standard bodies, and industry commissions. Responsibilities include representing Zebra's regulatory interests before authorities, communicating strategic guidance to executives, establishing a Regulatory Council for rapid regulatory communication, and ensuring product market access worldwide while delivering organizational change and continuous improvement. The position is onsite in Holtsville, NY with a hybrid expectation (minimum 3 days in the office per week) and travel up to 30%.
