Job Summary
Director of Recruitment at Thomas Jefferson University leads development and execution of recruitment strategies and partnerships to create enrollment pipelines across undergraduate and graduate programs. Responsibilities include partner identification and development with internal/external stakeholders, partnership management, website asset optimization, reporting and analytics, collaboration with Provost’s Office and enrollment management, and staff management. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, strategic thinking, and higher education recruitment experience; bachelor’s degree required with a master’s degree preferred and 10+ years of experience with 4+ years in leadership; experience with Slate by Technolutions is preferred; role based in Philadelphia, PA with in-person office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- master’s degree in Communications, MBA, Marketing, or Higher Education Leadership/Administration is strongly preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of management/leadership experience
- Experience in an undergraduate and/or graduate admissions office is strongly preferred
- Experience using Slate by Technolutions is preferred
