Job Summary
Director of Recruitment overseeing Talent Acquisition, collaborating with Corporate Leadership to meet hiring needs, reduce agency costs, and fill executive- and hospital-level roles. Responsible for evaluating and enhancing Performance Management and Talent Planning processes to ensure meaningful outcomes, robust talent pools via innovative recruitment methods, and complete succession plans for director-level and above roles. Responsibilities include leading with strong communication and team oversight, ensuring compliance with EEO and related employment laws, maintaining regular updates with Corporate Leadership on hiring barriers, and partnering with local leaders to address challenges. Requires proven Recruiting Manager or Consultant experience, ATS familiarity, healthcare recruitment background, multi-site team management, and willingness to travel. Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager or Consultant
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- At least two years of managing a recruiting team in a multi-site organization
- At least one year of healthcare recruitment experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills to lead, manage and develop team
- Strong decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel on occasion for recruiting assignments
