Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, property management, maintenance, and leadership positions by developing strategic plans, building talent pipelines, and proactively engaging passive candidates. Oversee applicant tracking systems, monitor metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness, and manage vendors and sourcing tools to improve hiring processes. Partner closely with Operations, HR, Paylocity, and executive leadership on workforce planning, succession initiatives, and turnover analysis to forecast hiring needs and drive retention improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
- 7+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- 3+ years of leadership or recruiting management experience preferred
- Demonstrated success recruiting for multiple departments and high-volume hiring environments
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
- Proven ability to develop recruiting strategies that produce measurable hiring results
- Experience tracking recruiting metrics and improving hiring performance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing recruiting vendors, agencies, and recruiting budgets
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity experience is a plus)
