Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with documentation requirements for Long Term Care
- Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills for effective staff and resident communications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Activity Director Certification
- Previous experience with dementia activities preferred
