Job Summary
Director, Real Estate Growth responsible for executing Industrious' US network expansion by managing a pipeline of real estate opportunities from sourcing to execution; negotiates multi-unit portfolio and/or individual transactions, collaborates cross-functionally on site selection, design and construction planning, investment committee approval, and presents recommendations supported by investment thesis and qualitative data. Drives growth by developing tools/processes, supports Real Estate leadership, and coordinates with landlord partners to hit supply growth targets. Requires 8-10 years in related roles with CRE experience, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, exceptional communication, and willingness to travel up to 40%. Based in NYC and reporting to the Head of Real Estate.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of related professional experience, with at least 5 years in commercial real estate (asset management, acquisitions, or development)
- Negotiation and site selection experience strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling, underwriting and other analytical skills
- Excellent judgment, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing a pipeline within a CRM
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
