Job Summary
Oversee global Real Estate, Design, and Construction programs spanning manufacturing, R&D, data centers, and industrial facilities. Foster relationships with internal stakeholders including FE&M, IT, Legal, and Finance, while managing external consultants, architects, and general contractors. Ensure adherence to global project governance, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Manage budgeting, forecasting models, and contract reviews to deliver projects within schedule and financial constraints. Support audits by gathering documentation and provide early analysis on program scenarios. Collaborate across departments to meet programming requirements and Real Estate objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Extensive experience in management of projects with moderate size/complexity
