Job Summary
Director of Real Estate, Design, & Construction at Western Digital leads global programs across Manufacturing, R&D, Office, Warehouse, Data Centers, Clean Labs, Industrial, Sales and Executive spaces; ensures regulatory compliance and delivers high-quality design and project management services within budget and schedule to meet Real Estate objectives. Collaborates with FE&M, IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance, EH&S and with Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers, and General Contractors; oversees budgeting/forecasting, reviews contracts, supports audits, conducts ad-hoc financial analyses, and provides early program scenario analyses while performing additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Extensive experience in management of projects with moderate size/complexity
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a collaborative environment
