Job Summary
The Director of Radiology Services oversees operational, financial, programmatic, and personnel activities for PMHD Department of Radiology. Key responsibilities include directing daily operations, managing budgeting, and actively seeking to improve financial outcomes. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, implementing clinical outcomes measures, and maintaining a patient-centered care environment. The ideal candidate must hold a BA in a healthcare field, possess appropriate certifications, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, independent work ability, and effective communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BA in healthcare field or equivalent
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- California Registered Technologist (CRT)
- 5 years of experience as a radiologic technologist
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (California)
- Fluoroscopy Permit (California)
- Current CPR certification
