Required Qualifications
- Current ARRT registration to practice as a Radiation Therapist
- Associates in Applied Science in Radiation Therapy Technology
- Five (5) years of healthcare management in a supervisory role
- Strong financial planning and multiple site management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Desired Qualifications
- Eight (8) years of healthcare management experience
- Experience with High Dose Rate Brachytherapy and Radiotheranostics
- Knowledge of Hospital EMR and Radiation Oncology EMR/Record & Verify system
