Job Summary
Oversee full quality across all manufacturing locations, including internal and external sites, while defining and deploying a consistent global product and site quality framework. Ensure the Quality Management System remains robust, scalable, and aligned with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements, leading the transformation toward process-, system-, and data-driven execution. Own quality performance, audits, and escalations for subcontractors and Asia manufacturing sites, serving as the senior interface for key customers. Define, track, and act on quality KPIs covering product, process, supplier, and customer metrics, while building and coaching the quality organization to meet future business needs. Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program teams to drive continuous improvement from design through manufacturing to delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Quality leadership within electromechanical, power, or semiconductor equipment environments
- Proven ownership of product quality across multiple global manufacturing locations
- Strong background in process-based quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Experience working with demanding OEM customers and external audits
- Ability to lead change in a people-centric organization with tenured staff
- Credibility to operate effectively at operator, manager, and executive levels
