Job Summary
Director of Quality leading and overseeing QA/QC in a manufacturing environment. Develop and maintain quality management systems, drive continuous improvement, lead cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, supply chain, and regulatory affairs, manage quality audits and supplier quality, and ensure compliance with industry standards to deliver high-quality products. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in quality management with at least 3 years in leadership; strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and related quality tools, plus the ability to analyze data, manage projects, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent standards
- Proven experience in leading quality assurance and quality control teams and managing complex quality projects
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, quality tools, and statistical analysis
