Seeking an experienced Director of Quality to lead Quality Assurance, Control, and Safety within a growing organization, overseeing the Quality Management System and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Aviation, or Science
- Proven success leading profitable Quality Programs
Desired Qualifications
- 15+ years of quality or technical experience on DoD programs
- 10+ years in AS9100 program management
- 3+ years with Deltek Costpoint ERP or similar systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
