Director of Quality responsible for leading Quality Engineering, developing and implementing QA strategy across the product life cycle, overseeing automated and manual testing, ensuring ISO compliance, driving process improvements, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality hardware/software products; emphasizes leadership, QA methodologies, risk management, metrics reporting, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within quality engineering or Product (Hardware + Software) development
- Experience in the Semiconductor; Electronics Contract Manufacturing Industries is Desirable
- Strong background in quality assurance methodologies, testing processes, and test automation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving high-quality standards
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field
