Job Summary
Manage efficient, cost-effective operations of performance improvement functions for assigned PAM Health hospital(s). Coordinate with hospital and medical staff leadership to foster a culture of safety by designing, measuring, assessing, and planning activities that improve patient care and organization functions. Serve as a liaison with accrediting and regulatory bodies such as TJC, CIHQ, CMS, and the Department of Health while providing direction to the medical staff regarding quality measures. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and five years of clinical experience with preferred quality management background. Based in Enola, Pennsylvania, this role supports PAM Health's mission to provide compassionate post-acute care across 80 locations.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Minimum of five years current clinical experience required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior quality management experience preferred.
