Job Summary
Oversee patient and staff incident documentation to ensure safety standards compliance and manage legal liaisons. Supervise quarterly utilization reviews and audits while developing training programs on regulatory requirements, QAPI, and emergency management. Coordinate with the NYS Health Commerce System and Department of Health, leading a team of clinical analysts to maintain high-quality standards. Stay current on NYS DOH, CMS, and OCR regulations to guide leadership on key industry trends. Requires current New York RN licensure, two years in a Certified Home Health Agency, and proficiency in data analysis and OASIS tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Current New York RN Licensure
- At least 2 years of experience in a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA)
- Strong ability to write reports, policies, and other correspondence
- Proficiency in data analysis, including creating statistical displays and tracking metrics
- Knowledge of OASIS, HHCAHPS, and NYS DOH regulations for Home Care
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality management (preferred)
- Master's degree in a related field
- Familiarity with health industry regulations, including CMS and OCR standards
