Director of Quality

Lead the strategic direction and oversight of Quality, Infection Prevention & Control, Regulatory Compliance, and Case Management programs. Drive patient safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards by leading the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Manage day-to-day operational leadership including staffing, departmental performance, and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership, medical staff, and the governing board. Requires an active RN license, Master's degree in Nursing, and at least three years of hospital leadership experience. Full-time, direct hire position with a Mon-Fri schedule in Wichita, Kansas.
