Job Summary
Director of Quality and Training leads and administers Faena New York's training and professional development, ensuring high service quality and consistent guest experiences; responsibilities include developing training programs, monitoring quality control, planning annual training calendars, conducting orientation and ongoing training, collaborating with department heads, aligning training with hotel goals, maintaining training records, and reporting progress; requires leadership and strong communication, ability to analyze feedback to drive improvements, and experience managing multiple training programs for large teams; bachelor's degree and 3–5 years hotel/training experience preferred; salary is $140,000/year; location in New York, NY with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education or related field preferred
- 3 – 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with experience in a training or supervisory role
- Prior experience as a Quality and Training Manager at a Forbes Five (5) Star Hotel or equivalent
- Prior experience in quality management, training design, and employee development
