Job Summary

Lead hospital-wide quality, patient safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards. Oversee accreditation readiness, policy development, performance improvement programs, and data analysis through quality and patient experience platforms to drive operational excellence. Partner with department leaders to enhance patient care, resolve concerns, manage risk-related activities, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and employee recognition. This full-time, permanent face-to-face role requires a Monday-Friday schedule and minimum two years of healthcare experience in risk, quality, or patient safety, including hands-on facility-level leadership and survey readiness.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Risk Management, Quality Management, Patient Safety, or Performance Improvement within a healthcare setting
  • Must have experience with State, Joint Commission, and/or CARF surveys
  • Hands-on facility-level leadership experience working directly with staff, patients, and department leaders

Desired Qualifications

  • LEAN/Six Sigma training or certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt) preferred
