Director of Quality and Risk

Develop and evaluate the Performance Improvement plan while supervising the safety culture and event management system. Assure timely investigation and resolution of complaints and grievances, and manage organizational compliance with state, federal, Medicare Conditions of Participation regulations, and The Joint Commission standards. Integrate quality, safety, and regulatory compliance into policies, procedures, and practices affecting the organization's operations and strategic business plan initiatives. This full-time, direct hire role features a Mon-Fri schedule for a Director of Quality and Risk at a medical facility near Pendleton, Oregon.
