Job Summary
Establish and maintain the quality management system while driving continuous improvement across IoT wireless, hardware, firmware, software, and cloud infrastructure. Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies, partnering with Engineering, Install/Service, Product, and Supply Chain to deliver exceptional products. Set vision and goals for quality initiatives, motivating teams to meet standards and customer needs. Deliver measurable quality outcomes and KPI updates to the GM monthly and annually to the Board of Directors. Demonstrate ethical leadership adhering to Janus standards. Requires 10+ years in quality leadership with 5 years at the leadership level, including a proven track record in system validation and QMS within the IoT sector. Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer science required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in quality leadership roles
- 5 years at the leadership level
- Proven track record of driving significant improvement in system validation and Quality Management System (QMS) in the IoT technology sector
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer science or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
