Job Summary
Oversee quality assurance programs and staff development initiatives to support resident care and staff growth at Autumn Lake Healthcare. Lead efforts in providing resources, tools, and training for current and future staff positions while maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills. Manage multi-tasking responsibilities within a caring, team-oriented environment. This salaried M-F role requires a Registered Nurse with preferred experience as a Director of QA/ Staff Development and long-term care background.

- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)

Desired Qualifications
- Must have previous experience as a Director of QA/ Staff Development preferred and quality assurance
- LT experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
