Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. This is a senior leadership role overseeing hiring, budgeting, and team health across local and international teams, including QA engineers and team leads, with a focus on AI-first and API-first testing strategies and automation adoption.
