Job Summary
Lead a global sourcing strategy to secure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality materials including fragrances, essential oils, flavors, and chemicals; manage and develop a high-performing procurement team; drive cost savings, KPI tracking, and budget oversight; collaborate with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality to support new product development, compliance, and production timelines; foster trusted supplier relationships and manage risk, sustainability, and ethics across global supply chains.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of sourcing and procurement experience
- strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities
- financial acumen and understanding of cost drivers, budgets, and ROI
- effective negotiation and contract management skills
- strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- experience in working with cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, quality, legal)
- deep knowledge of sourcing in regulated or product-sensitive industries
