Director of PSR Services and Emerging Adults

Director of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PSR) and Emerging Adults (EA) leads senior-level strategic, operational, and clinical oversight for Park Center's PSR and EA programs. Sets program direction, builds high-performing teams, ensures regulatory and funding compliance, drives outcomes, and contributes to executive leadership with independent judgment on program design, staffing, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include designing and implementing program models and service delivery frameworks, ensuring equity and access, supervising program managers and supervisors, approving hiring and staffing structures, managing program budgets and funding opportunities, driving quality and compliance (TennCare, TDMHSAS licensure, CARF), and engaging with community partners. Requires advanced degree, substantial experience in mental/behavioral health or human services, supervisory experience, CPRP certification within one year, and a valid driver’s license. The role operates with remote-work flexibility as appropriate but involves regular travel between the main office, housing sites, and community locations.
