Director of Property Management

Strategic leader to oversee a diverse real estate portfolio including multifamily communities, commercial properties, retail locations, warehouses, storage facilities, and building supply operations. Lead a team of Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Project Managers while partnering with executive leadership to shape the organization's future. Responsibilities include driving operational and financial performance, building and developing a high-performing team, creating and refining systems and policies for efficiency, developing annual operating and capital budgets, improving occupancy and revenue, and ensuring properties meet standards in appearance, maintenance, compliance, and customer service. Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, and Asset Management to achieve company objectives; review contracts and operational metrics; manage the transition of new developments from construction to ongoing operations. Successful candidates possess deep property management knowledge, strong leadership and coaching abilities, comfort discussing budgets and financial reports, excellent communication, and the ability to turn strategy into execution in a fast-paced environment.
