Job Summary
Lead project operations end to end, managing estimating, planning, execution, and financial performance across the mechanical construction portfolio. Oversee the entire project team to keep timelines and deliverables on track, driving coordination between sales, execution, and production from bid to installation. Grow the business by developing customer relationships, supporting business development, and expanding the sales pipeline. Track leading indicators including bid activity, estimated versus actual margins, project backlog hours, financial backlog, installation efficiency, and overall project profitability. Generate and review performance reporting for sales and project teams while utilizing CRM and ERP tools to manage activity and tracking. This role offers a $150K–$200K base plus a performance bonus that scales with benchmarked targets, situated within a rapidly expanding mechanical services platform.
Required Qualifications
- Proven project management experience in mechanical construction
- Hands-on estimating experience and a track record of protecting and improving margins
- Strong financial acumen - you understand Work In Progress reporting, revenue phasing, and how construction projects make (and lose) money
- A builder's mindset for people: you train, mentor, and develop talent
