Job Summary
Lead a project management team delivering services on major programs while managing client communications, resource planning, and financial tracking for commissions. Drive business growth by developing market research, producing thought leadership reports, and creating proposals for new clients. Oversee strategic operations including ISO audits, SOX controls, and process improvements across sectors like life sciences and commercial real estate. Mentor staff, manage talent acquisition, and represent the office in external audits and senior leadership meetings. Maintain a culture of learning and inclusivity while balancing stakeholder needs to achieve great outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
- 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- 2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment
- Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients
- Exceptional Business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth
- Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in; commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred
