Job Summary
Director of Project Management at REVOLVE leads special projects within the Creative Operations team, defining and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives to ensure successful execution. Responsible for developing and managing project plans, budgets, scope, and resources; leading internal and external project teams; identifying and managing risks; ensuring regulatory compliance; and delivering timely updates to stakeholders. Demonstrates strategic leadership, effective communication with executives and partners, and strong organizational acumen to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or project management and 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of guiding teams and projects, along with proficiency in project management software. Salary range is $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
