Own delivery governance across the full portfolio by serving as the single accountable owner for project governance from largest enterprise accounts to highest-volume scale-motion accounts. Build and run a risk-visibility system with dashboards and escalation triggers that surfaces problems before they reach leadership. Define milestone gates for engagements at every scale and hold the team accountable. Hire, develop, and manage a team of project managers and coordinators while building a defined career path. Own standards including best practices, change management, and workflow documentation that scale from complex accounts to high-volume operations. Design a project coordinator model supporting scale delivery with milestone-based check-ins and AI-assisted monitoring. Partner with Architecture leadership to draw a clear line between system design and project accountability. Diagnose gaps where complex projects lack a single accountable owner. Run recurring delivery forums reporting progress, risk, and change management status. Report delivery health and escalation trends to VP of Technical Services and CX leadership on a defined cadence.
