Job Summary
Strategic growth leader responsible for driving market expansion and securing high-value opportunities in industrial construction. Builds and maintains multi-level client relationships, shapes sales strategy from initial engagement through preconstruction to project execution, and collaborates with operations and executive leadership to position the company for growth. Targets and secures large projects across sectors such as distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, data centers, and data infrastructure, while championing the FCL Experience from first contact to project delivery. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in commercial construction business development or project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preconstruction, or business development
- Proven success selling and securing large industrial construction projects (distribution, cold storage, manufacturing, data centers, etc.)
- Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and client-facing communication abilities
