Director of Project Deliverables - Critical Facilities Design

Job Summary
Lead development and oversight of critical power and mechanical infrastructure design for data centers; manage multiple projects, define project requirements with clients, establish work plans and deadlines; produce engineering proposals (RFPs); guide project teams; maintain client relationships and communicate effectively; monitor progress, budgets, and costs; prepare reports and forecasts; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure quality, performance, and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle; leverage experience in mission-critical environments and a background in mechanical/electrical design to drive delivery and business development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing Data Centers / Critical Facilities Design Projects
- Familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / or Architecture
- P.E. license / AIA - either have these certs or working towards it
- PMP certification a plus
- Experience managing engineering projects in the engineering consulting industry, A/E, MEP arena
- Project management experience in the Consulting Engineering Industry
- Client relationship / Client Management / Client Engagement / Business Development - creating RFPs
- Effective Communicator- emails, phone, meetings. Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
- Computer savvy / Microsoft Project, Excel. Ability to create complex reports, forecast modeling
- Previous experience in the Military / Military veterans in all branches that have experience with Electrical / Mechanical is a huge plus
