Job Summary
Own the Early Stage programme pillar, developing its strategic plan for commercial growth and owning the P&L while identifying and growing commercial and in-kind opportunities. Systematize global government tender and grant review by replacing ad hoc approaches with a rigorous go/no-go process and overseeing tender delivery or bespoke projects. Build internal rigor through impact tracking, automation systems, and playbooks, while managing resourcing planning and the Programme Coordinator. Support the GM on maternity leave by chairing team meetings, maintaining links to the Group CEO, and acting as an escalation point for blockages.

- Experience leading a commercial business unit or product
- Experience of tenders
- Experience of sponsors
- Experience of grant funded work
- Drive to scale products commercially with creative ideas
- Comfortable building or improving systems
- Experience with Airtable
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience driving AI/automation adoption
- Excited to take a hands-on approach to building
