Job Summary
Director of Program Integration and Impact leads LCDA programs (including Latino Clubs and senior programs) and cross-functional initiatives to support community engagement and service delivery. Responsible for establishing and leading the Resource Coordinator Team, designing follow-up processes to ensure clients receive support beyond initial referrals, and driving program data collection, analysis, reporting, and evaluation to inform decision-making, fundraising, and impact storytelling. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, supervision of staff and interns, and collaboration across departments to coordinate referrals, service navigation, and trauma-informed, culturally responsive service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, business administration, public health, data analytics, community development, or a related field.
